I’m Coach Yomaira, a personal financial coach dedicated to helping multicultural parents build financial confidence and long-term stability. Through practical, compassionate, and culturally aware coaching, I support families in transforming their mindset, behaviors, credit, and money habits so they can rewrite their financial story with confidence.
My work is deeply personal—I’ve lived this journey myself, having been coached financially for over 10 years. I bring both this lived experience and over 20 years of professional expertise working with families, which allows me to guide clients through meaningful behavioral change using a coaching approach that blends education, accountability, and mindset work. The results are real: families gain clarity, reduce financial stress, and begin building lasting financial peace.
That’s why I coach—because parents deserve confidence, clarity, and peace. While it doesn’t happen overnight, small intentional steps lead to lasting change.
Por eso entreno—porque padres merecen confianza, claridad y paz. Aunque no sucede de la noche a la mañana, pequeños pasos intencionales realmente cambian tu vida.

Our Mission
“Stitching communities together with a needle of knowledge and a thread of talent”
L.I.F.T was created by the late John “Dolo Deyo Ello” Ragin and his wife Mellodye “Sweets” Green-Ragin as an outreach program for students ages 7 to 17 who may be faced with pressure from their peers. Sweets and Dolo saw the void in that area during their own childhood and wanted to offer a positive way to fill idle time.
The program is designed to be an outreach, as well as an outlet, for youth and young adults interested in different aspects of the entertainment industry, including, music, film, recording, acting, photography, videography, song writing, modeling, music production, studio engineering and more!

We serve families with children from birth to age 8, ensuring fundamental needs are met while fostering environments where every child can thrive.
Our five core programs address immediate needs and build long-term capacity: Anchor Essentials provides emergency assistance including diaper banks, clothing distribution, and food security. Anchor Support offers parent education and family resource navigation. Anchor Educate delivers professional development for early childhood educators. Anchor Connect builds community partnerships and referral networks. Anchor Advocate drives policy and systems change initiatives.
Through strategic partnerships and evidence-based programming, we address critical gaps in early childhood support by taking a holistic approach that recognizes children’s success depends on stable families and strong communities.
