We allow children to join the Tiny Hearts Home Daycare Family as 18 months old and to stay with us throughout their 5 years old. Each day with us will be a chance for: your child to grow socially, cognitively, emotionally, and physically. As early as infancy, your child will be provided with 1earning opportunities adapted to fit his or her age, developmental stage, and learning style. Full-day, year-round
care, and all-day preschool in one location makes it possible for you to provide your child with the care and education that will help them become happy, healthy lifelong learners.

I am a Certified Eating Disorder Recovery Coach who has personally recovered from an eating disorder. I use my experience and knowledge to help others overcome eating disorders, disordered eating, or a challenging relationship with food and their bodies. My goal is to guide clients toward a fulfilling life, where they can find peace and happiness with food and their bodies.

With a background in nursing, I provide compassionate support and collaborate closely with therapists, dietitians, medical providers, and other licensed mental health professionals. I work with adolescents and adults of all genders and backgrounds. I offer services to clients in Connecticut and virtually.
