CLC New England offers Connecticut employers small dollar consumer loans and credit counseling for their staff, at no financial cost to the employer, CLC New England lends directly to employees. Employees can borrow $400 to $1,000, and repayment of their loan is through payroll deduction. We do not require a credit report or credit scores. Funding happens in 24-48 hours, the entire process is 100% online in our secure portal, and the application fee is a $20.. CLC New England loans do not have prepayment penalties, and employees can re-borrow their loan when it’s 80% paid off.
