I am a certified pediatric sleep consultant providing services to families with infants, toddlers, and school aged children struggling with sleep. Whether it consists of inconsistent bedtimes, frequent night awakening, early wake ups, or short naps. I provide a personally tailored sleep plan for families to implement to help teach their child safe and healthy independent sleep habits to fall asleep or back to sleep on their own.
