I’m a passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to helping you through life’s challenges, changes and experiences. I obtained my masters degree from Fairfield University. I have many years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families. My work includes helping those struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, victims of domestic violence, and parent/child issues. I will provide a judge-free healing space and together we will create the right combination of skills and techniques to effectively help you navigate and manage through life’s challenges. My goal is to meet you where you’re at and help you in your journey to becoming a better version of yourself.

GromKo. Voice provides compassionate and effective adult voice and communication therapy with a certified speech-language pathologist. Specialized services include singing voice, gender-affirming voice, accent reduction, and voice disorders. GromKo. Voice also specializes in treating symptoms common in acquired or degenerative brain conditions such as Parkinson’s, concussion or traumatic brain injury (TBI), long-COVID, and stroke. These conditions may affect speech, language, swallowing, processing speed, and/or memory. Many insurances accepted.

Sound Body is a mobile, in-home and telehealth based pelvic floor PT practice. Our focus is on pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopausal concerns such as urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, constipation, diastasis recti (DRA), pelvic organ prolapse, and more. Symptoms such as urinary leakage during exercise or pain during sex can be common, however they are not normal, and treatment is available. We take an evidence-based approach to ensure you can get back to your normal routine quickly, and our in-home model makes receiving care convenient.
