My name is Jeigh Hayes, MA LPC, LMHC and I’m a licensed virtual mental health therapist with over 14 years of experience. I specialize in perinatal mental health, providing compassionate, evidence-based support to individuals navigating pregnancy, postpartum, fertility challenges, and the transition into parenthood. In addition to perinatal care, I work with adolescents and adults (ages 16+) experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and a variety of life transitions.

I’m currently licensed in Connecticut, Oregon, Texas, and Rhode Island. I accept insurance in Connecticut (Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna/Evernorth, Connecticare, Harvard Pilgrim and Lyra) and Rhode Island (Aetna, Cigna, UHC), and offer private pay services in Oregon and Texas. My tele-health-only practice provides clients with flexible, accessible, and effective care across these states.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and enhanced by Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and somatic practices that support mind-body awareness and regulation. This integrative model allows me to help clients process difficult emotions, build resilience, and reconnect with a sense of safety and self-compassion.
