She brings a blend of corporate leadership and community-based consulting, with experience spanning business operations, financial management, and executive strategy across industries including healthcare, technology, and nonprofit organizations. Dymonique is known for making complex financial concepts simple, practical, and easy to apply, helping entrepreneurs feel more confident in their numbers and the decisions they make every day.

In addition to her corporate experience, Dymonique has worked closely with community organizations and small business owners, leading financial literacy workshops and advising on budgeting, pricing, and business strategy. She serves on nonprofit boards and is deeply committed to supporting underserved communities and empowering women to build businesses that support their families and create lasting impact.

Dymonique holds an MBA from the University of New Haven and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Green Belt. She is based in Connecticut and is passionate about purpose-driven work that creates both economic opportunity and community growth.
