Women’s Business Center – Southeastern Connecticut

The Women’s Business Development Council (WBDC) is host to three U.S. Small Business Administration – Office of Women’s Business Ownership (OWBO) Women’s Business Centers (WBCs). The WBC program was founded to foster the growth of women-owned businesses by providing access to education, training, mentoring, business development and financing opportunities to women throughout the United States and its territories.

Based in New London, the Southeastern Connecticut Women’s Business Center offers a variety of programs and services in the eastern region serving communities in New London, Middlesex, Windham and Tolland counties. Programs for aspiring, emerging and established entrepreneurs are conducted virtually and at training sites throughout the western, central and eastern regions.

Note: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all WBDC physical office locations are closed until further notice. However, we are operating remotely, with all live programs and services being offered virtually via Zoom videoconference and/or phone.
