The Women’s Business Development Council (WBDC) is host to three U.S. Small Business Administration – Office of Women’s Business Ownership (OWBO) Women’s Business Centers (WBCs). The WBC program was founded to foster the growth of women-owned businesses by providing access to education, training, mentoring, business development and financing opportunities to women throughout the United States and its territories.
Based in New London, the Southeast Connecticut Women’s Business Center serves the southeast part of Connecticut, including New London and Middlesex Counties, with programs and services for the aspiring, emerging and established entrepreneur.
