She aims to support individuals in their journey towards holistic wellness through various modalities such as Reflexology and emotional release techniques including Somatic Inquiry and TRE (Tension and Trauma Release Exercises). Her holistic approach addresses not only physical ailments but also emotional, mental, and energetic imbalances, allowing clients to experience profound shifts and transformations.
