Grit and Grace Recovery is a therapeutic practice offering individual, couples, and group therapy, as well as coaching for clients who have experienced Betrayal Trauma or are struggling with unwanted sexual behaviors. Led by a certified school counselor and a National Certified Counselor, we specialize in treating Betrayal Trauma, Sex Addiction, Inner Child Recovery, and Gaslighting.

Our mission is to help individuals and couples heal, rebuild trust, and restore their emotional well-being through compassionate and tailored therapy approaches. At Grit and Grace Recovery, we create a safe, supportive space where clients can gain insights, develop healthy coping strategies, and work toward lasting recovery.
