I am a mom of six. I adopted five of my nieces and nephews and birthed my youngest. I just opened up a home daycare on November 8th 2024 and I am licensed by the OEC. This has been a dream come true for me. I love working with kids. Being able to teach them and create a safe loving environment for them. Being where I am today means so much more than what anyone can imagine. Before having my kids I used to work in the medical field. Water my 5th adoption is made more sense for me to stay home with my kids and raise them. I was a stay at home mom for over 5 years and in the mist of mother hood my dreams and goals changed. That’s when my goal in owning my own daycare came about. I know the importance in finding good people and a good home that you trust care for your child and that is what I provide.

The Serenity Ranch is a women-led nonprofit organization based in Connecticut, dedicated to empowering women and girls through hands-on programs with rescued horses. We offer one-day, ranch-based empowerment programs that foster resilience, confidence, and healing through purposeful work, nature, and community. Our programs support women from all walks of life—including female veterans, first responders, and teens—who seek renewal and strength through connection with horses and the land.

Founded by a mother-daughter team, The Serenity Ranch operates on 47 acres and cares for 25 rescued horses. Our mission is rooted in the belief that “some women run with horses”—and through that, they rediscover their power.
