Mentoring and Networking Opportunities to Reach Your Business Goals
We offer three mentoring streams to support your entrepreneurial journey and empower you to move your business forward.
Let’s Talk Series
Insights and connections are within your reach.
These meet up-style sessions feature a mentor leading a group discussion on a common business challenge, industry or topic. Open to anyone, these 60-90 minute no-charge sessions are a great foray into WBDC’s community. Participants have the chance to network with a diverse group of aspiring entrepreneurs and emerging business owners, and provide each other with peer mentoring. You can sign up for one session or many, depending on your interests. Topics range from pricing and profitability to becoming real estate savvy.

Small Group Mentoring
Taking action starts with small-group support
Our Small Group Mentoring Program is for entrepreneurs who have worked hard to establish a business and are ready to take it to the next level. Participants will benefit from the guidance of experienced mentors, as well as the support of a community of fellow business owners.
To be eligible, you must
have an established business,
have a business plan, and
have been in business for at least one year.
Are you dedicated to taking your business to the next level, and need help overcoming a business obstacle?
Our one-on-one mentoring program may be right for you. We provide qualified business owners the opportunity to receive individual mentoring over the course of six months. We match each mentee with one of our mentors, dedicated to helping move individuals forward with their business ventures. Mentors are experts in their field, with experience in accounting, marketing, strategic planning, and more.
Participants must have an established revenue-generating business, demonstrate an ongoing commitment to their business, be able to identify areas of growth and development, and be willing to engage with their mentor and seek feedback. This opportunity is offered at no-cost, but participants must be willing to commit their time, energy and resources to diligently working on their business challenges.
Mentees form close relationships with their mentors, leaning on them for advice, resources, and support. In turn, mentors help their mentees get on track, providing them honest feedback and a push in the right direction.
Next cycle begins Spring 2021, with limited spots available.
