Speed Networking: 8:30 - 9:00am Workshop: 9:00 - 10am The Flexibility Factor - Matching Your Leadership Style to the Moment - Small business owners often wear every hat -- from CEO to janitor. They frequently struggle with when to step back and when to step in, leading to either micromanagement or total detachment. This talk will introduce a simple framework small business owners can use to assess situations and employees and choose the appropriate style of directing, coaching, supporting or delegating. Come for one or both!
