LISC has reopened Round 3 of its Small Business Relief Grant funding for small businesses negatively impacted by COVID-19. Priority will be given to minority-, women-, and veteran-owned businesses. Governor Lamont recently announced Phase 1 of reopening CT on May 20, including rules for Phase 1 businesses to follow. These businesses include hair salons & barbershops, restaurants, offices, retail stores, and offices.
