Bio: Dana is a self-described HR Fanatic. Her business, Boss Consulting HR LLC, is a boutique-consulting firm offering human resource services to small businesses. Boss Consulting began with an obsession for everything HR and a crazy desire to help others. Dana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations both from the University of Rhode Island, as well as a a SHRM-CP designation and over seven years of HR experience in the hospitality and non-profit sectors.
