On the Salt™ is a 501(c)3 based on the Connecticut Shoreline that uses art and design to educate and spread awareness about the power of shellfish as they cultivate clean coastal waters. We offer original oil paintings, fine art prints, handmade jewelry and custom-designed clothing line to celebrate these powerful bivalves, such as oysters, clams, scallops, and mussels.
