Community Loan Center New England is a non-profit loan fund based in New Haven and licensed to lend in Connecticut. We are a Chapter of the national CDFI CLC America. CLC New England offers Connecticut employers small dollar consumer loans and credit counseling for their staff, at no financial cost to the employer, CLC New England lends directly to employees. Employees can borrow $400 to $1,000, and repayment of their loan is through payroll deduction. We do not require a credit report or credit scores.
