Joy Braddock

Joy Braddock joined WBDC in the summer of 2023 as a Business Advisor. She brings with her almost a decade of experience as a small business owner, and over 20 years’ experience in marketing and advertising. Joy is focused on supporting emerging and existing business owners in Torrington, as well as other areas.

As the co-owner of a local CT brewery, she understands the passion, drive and perseverance needed to start and run a small business. Consider her the unbiased, knowledgeable guide you need to help your business run like a well-oiled machine.

Joy’s deepest passion is empowering women to take on business ownership and flourish. Joy is the co-founder and President of the Bombshell Project, a non-profit on a mission to help women enter and lead in the male-dominated craft brewing industry.

In her spare time, she hikes, swims, cooks and travels to breweries around the country and world.
