Krista Rizzo is a seasoned business strategist and certified professional coach (PCC) with over two decades of experience driving results in corporate sales, management, operations, and finance. Krista brings a unique blend of strategic insight, operational know-how, and empathetic leadership to her role as Business Advisor with the Women’s Business Development Council.

Her career began in the fast-paced world of corporate America, where she spent 20 years leading high-performing teams, optimizing business operations, and delivering sustainable growth across multiple industries.

In 2015 Krista launched her own coaching business focused on helping women reboot their lives and careers. Through her coaching, she’s guided hundreds of women through personal reinvention, business launches, and leadership breakthroughs. Her passion lies in helping women entrepreneurs and small business owners turn vision into action—whether that means scaling a startup, refining a business model, or simply taking the first bold step forward.

Krista holds a BA in Business Management from Bauder College and certifications in Life Coaching, Business/Executive Coaching and Grief Education. Outside the office, Krista serves on her local school board, organizes youth programming in her neighborhood, and is a proud sports mom who rarely misses a game.
